ABOUT / PRACTICE
Starting from real business contexts, clarifying ambiguous problems, and turning AI into product systems people can use, validate, and continuously evolve.
What I care about
I am an applied AI practitioner working at the intersection of business, product, and technology. I begin with real contexts and business outcomes, identify the problems worth solving, and organize models, agents, RAG, tools, and data into usable products and workflows. My AI-native approach makes intelligence part of the experience, process, and system architecture from the start. My forward-deployed approach keeps me close to operations: understanding constraints, prototyping quickly, aligning teams, validating outcomes, and bringing field insight back into the next product iteration. My strength is not a single tool; it is turning ambiguity into a clear direction, a working system, and reusable organizational capability.
Here, forward-deployed describes a way of working rather than a claim to a purely engineering job title: working alongside business teams, translating real constraints into deliverable systems, and returning field insight to the product roadmap. This is not a resume; it is an evolving archive of works and practices.
Practices
AI Products
From business abstraction, opportunity framing, and MVP definition to roadmaps, evaluation, and continuous iteration.
Workflows & Agents
Orchestrating agents, RAG, tool use, and human approval into AI-native workflows that complete real tasks.
Interaction & Experience
Designing clear, controllable, feedback-rich collaboration between people and AI so new capabilities enter daily use.
Digital & Brand Systems
Bringing data, permissions, privacy, review, recovery, and adoption into one operable system.
Research & Knowledge
Turning fragmented signals into traceable judgment and action through evidence rules, information structure, and reusable knowledge.
